"I have been going to the office on Hylan Blvd for over two years after being referred there by the Staten Island Hospital. My doctor is Robert Outterbeck. After multiple "procedure's" I still remain in as much pain as when I went into the emergency room over two years ago. I was never even asked if I needed anything for pain. Now he's telling me of a procedure called "The Mild Procedure". Before every procedure they require a medical release form from your doctors office. MAKE SURE you do this in person since their office staff seems to be unable to get these forms via fax for whatever reasons. In addition be prepared to go thru several hoops depending on which doctors clearance they want. I hand delivered a completed form from my heart doctor giving clearance, that wasn't good enough. Several days later they wanted one from my primary care doctor, then one from my kidney specialist. Once again they were sent faxes that they said thy never received. I again hand delivered s letter from my kidney doctor to their office on Sept, 12, 2023 at 10.20 am. Later that day I received a phone call that they had to speak to the doctor personally but that he wasn't having hours today. This office will test the patients of Jesus Christ Almighty. Good luck dealing with these people."
