"Their estimated time of completion was way off. They also gave up half way, yes, they gave up (he said IKEA items are too complicated to install). And their manager said the men he sent are professionals...and still paid them $200 for 2 1/2 hrs job with a broken board that they cared less for. IKEA stuff shouldn’t be hard to put together, my husband and I ended up putting it together ourselves even though it took us 4 hours since we don’t have tools."
