"Called made an appointment to give me a price. Never showed up never called me back after several more calls to see what happened. The secretary said if nobody calls you back in ten minutes I Will! Well that didn't happen! Don't waste your time like me!"

"I wish I could give them zero stars. How can you earn even one star when no service was rendered? I made an appointment with these people a few days in advance. I was told the technician would arrive between 9am and 11am and would call 30-60 minutes before arriving. I heard nothing from them. At 11:15am I called to find out what was going on. I guess they have mastered the art of time travel, because I was told the technician would arrive by 11am and would call me in a few minutes. Another hour went by and nothing. So I called again. This time they said the technician has been trying to call me all morning but "can't get through." (I received other phone calls). They told me to keep my line open and he would call me right away. He never called. I called back and cancelled the appointment. Total waste of my time. Screw this place."
