"Summary: If your landlord isn't fixing problems in your building, I recommend getting a paper trail of repair requests –– & then ask that they hire Timmy, or offer to take the bill out of rent! If your experience is like mine, your neighbors will be grateful to have their issues resolved quickly, & the landlord will respect that his prices are reasonable & he isn't doing more than is necessary! My experience: I live at the top of a 4th floor walkup, so it was a serious pain when the building's buzzers went out for weeks!!! The landlord's people kept "checking it out" but nothing changed, so in early November I called Timmy to check out this & a couple other problems. He doesn't price gouge or do more than is necessary; for example, I had concerns about one of the landlord's ceiling repairs after a leak, & he told me it was fine, there was no need for him to redo it. I put Timmy in touch with the landlord, who agreed to hire Timmy for the more important repairs. He came over the same day & completely fixed our buzzer system... FAST. All of my building's tenants (especially those on the upper floors, lol) are grateful for his work & can attest to his quick efficiency –– & management seems pleased, too! Today our front door lock completely stopped working, & I contacted the landlord about needing it fixed ASAP; I offered to contact someone myself, but he said he can give Timmy a call! :)"

"Timmy is a life saver! The front door to my apartment had been getting stuck this past week a couple of times and Timmy saved the day!! I called him at 7 AM and by 9 AM he was already at the apartment getting the door fixed. He was able to give me an estimate right away and get the parts that were needed.
