"Really unclear on policies during covid. Spent $100+ and they never let me use my credit, and refunds are not allowed. This caused me multiple days of stress and there is no contact by phone. You can only email and they will occasionally respond after a few days if they feel like it. Overall not well-run or understanding of clients."
