"I called to ask for information about the classes for F1 students and the first call the girl hung up the phone, I called again thinking it was a mistake and the secretary was extremely rude, she told me that she did not have time to explain or send an email and although I asked her if she could tell me at what time I could call again so that someone could give me the information since I was looking for a school to transfer she only told me no that she did not have time for that and if I could not go in person then no way and she hung up the phone, the truth is that I was in shock, a totally unpleasant service and I think that way they simply lose future students that is to say customers."

"The worst customer service ever! Employees are rude, you have to call them for weeks and they say like they have never received any documents. Russian-speaking employee can yell at you and the manager would just say "oh, they usually don't yell at the customers". "Incredible" service!"
