"The only reason this office got one star is because its the only way to leave a review! this is the worst postal office ever... the people are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Ruben who basically made me feel like I could not get a word in. " I'm speaking facts to you" this was his communication to me about a package that is lost and they told us was there. No one knows where, what, or who has it now though it say's delivered but it was not delivered to me. This is frustrating enough, the displeasure of speaking to the people in this postal office is just a sure way to have a heart attack. This place needs an over haul, kindness goes along way, respect goes a long way and that little thing called humanity goes further. Get it together people. I spoke to this gentleman for 2 minutes he sounded agitated to be on the phone like it bothered him to answer my question....this is your job maybe you need a new calling Sir!!! awful, awful. and still no package! FACTS!!"

"This post office is the worse BY FAR!!!! They have lost multiple packages of mine. When you call for help they are very dismissive. I just spoke to Robert Randall who rushed me off the phone and i quote " everyone's package is important but yours is not here in my office". Some supervisor SMH. When I requested to speak with the post master Nicole Collins he told me she wont be in till Thursday today is Monday. Never once asked my name or even attempt to look for my package. He should be demoted immediately!!!!! This office needs to be shut down until they hire the proper staff. Google should allow negative stars just for this place"

"Peekskill post office proves to me to be a lousy office to send a package out from. Medium size priority flat rate, simple simple mailing, package sat in Peekskill for 2days before being sent on the day of “expected delivery” to a Newark distribution location. When it will it get to it’s final destination of Las Vegas is a mystery. This is not the first delay in handling I’ve experienced at this office, last time it was weeks of delay. Should have learnt my lesson, will never go through them again. Highly dissatisfied with service rendered at this office."

"I had a bad experience with the service they provide. First I didn’t received my package then I went to the office and had to wait for almost an hour to get someone to help me, at that moment supervisor told me I have to wait few days to see if my package arrives, of course never arrived I had to go back to the office again and they didn’t help me, they just said supervisor was too busy he’s going to contact me later, never happened Still waiting for them to call me and my package disappeared with no answer Very bad customer service"
