"Absolutely disappointed! Called at 7:50 on 5/17/22. Said he would arrive in 10 minutes. 10 minutes pass and he’s still not here. He arrived at 8:I was late to school by 20 minutes. Never calling again! I suggest to others to call Ecuador taxi or Act Now."

"This cab service is the worst. I called earlier in the day around 5pm to confirm times and availability ( told up till 12am), I was assured a reservation for my son, (who is working an after school job) would be picked up at 11 pm. I was told to send information and he would be picked up, I texted information and also called the service, the texted were delivered and “read”, but never acknowledged. I called several times but sent to voicemail. My son waited outside his job and was never picked. Had to call an Uber from another town to pick I him up finally at 1130 pm. HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE service, professionalism and integrity. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SEVICE!!!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars!!!!"

"This man is extremely unprofessional, he asked me to wait 10-15 mins to take me to the Metro North Station and never showed up. I waited outside in the cold and called him endlessly to find out his statues and he never answered my call. I eventually missed my train because I spent 25 mins waiting for him and couldn’t find another driver that could make it to the train station on time. He lost a potential client due to his lack of professionalism. Do NOT recommend!"

"Called the night before to get 9am pickup. After waiting until 9:12am and missing my train, I cancelled my request and called another company. The Peekskill Taxi driver came anyway and lied to me. I will never call them again. I would give them a 0."

"Worst taxi service ever. Called several times but no one answered the phone at dispatch for almost 30 minutes. When I did get through and book a taxi, the driver was 15 minutes late. When he finally arrived I stuck my head out the door and signaled that I was on my way out. I turned around, picked up my bag, said goodbye to my wife and son and headed out the door but the driver pulled away and left without me. I called dispatch to ask to send the driver back and he actually yelled at me saying "you have to be outside when he arrives if you want him to pick you up. It's your fault." Then hung up on me. I wanted to explain that 1) when I booked the taxi, they never said that they would only pick me up if I was already waiting outside when the driver arrived 2) it was 30 degrees out and I didn't want to stand outside waiting in that weather and 3) that the driver saw me signal that I was on my way out, but the dispatcher hung up and didn't answer when I tried to call again. Never using these guys again. I would avoid if possible - plenty of other taxi services in Peekskill."
