Alfonso was polite and professional, making my husband’s and my trip to the airport easy and relaxed. Booking transport was easy and affordable and I will definitely use Access Transportation again."

He told me the drivers don't get that, that the company keeps it, as a way of making your bill higher without you realizing it. I'm not sure now if the company or the driver were working a little trick on me ? I didn't tip him again though, that's for them to work out. He was texting on what looked like Facebook while driving in traffic, and at one point was going 82 MPH in a 55 zone. Definitely not the safest ride home I've ever had. The first trip TO the airport was much much better. Different driver."
