"Mulch Mart sells to the public, and as I read the reviews it is clear to me that the public is the problem, not Mulch Mart. We have been dealing with them for many years. They are honest, quick to respond, and provide exactly what they say they will. I suppose they could be a little kinder, but I can understand why they may get frustrated at the multitude of people who come into their yard and do not know what they are ordering, how much they should get, and have unreasonable expectations. "DO NOT GO THERE!!! Terrible customer service. The short blonde manager lady was very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, unapproachable, not very friendly or courteous. I wanted to buy from a local establishment, but unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere. If you do not heed my warning, my advice to prospective customers is to stay put by your vehicle, because if you mistakenly step foot on the wrong road surface they will yell at you. ( No it is taped off , or marked off)"

"If I can leave a negative start would. We spent $300 on wood. When we got it is was wet. Called the store back and asked if there was anything that could be done. I was told that there was nothing that could be done. No credit or refund. They did say that I can bring back the $300 worth of wood BACK. I have no heat in my home due to a boiler problem. I honestly think that they need to work on their return policies. Or in disclosing at time of sale that the wood is wet and you will not be able to burn it until it dries. That would have been more honest. Very disappointed as I will still have no heat.. shame."

"I ordered 2 yards of gravel and they delivered one I’m pretty familiar with yardage because I’ve been using a 3 yard dump truck to pick up material for my project it just happened to be broken down I’d be very careful with ordering from them"
