"I had to take back my review from years ago. This review is strictly for Michelle in the office not morgan properties. If you want to feel like your less then, be my guest and rent from her. Over the years, I never complained about anything. The leasing staff was nice except for Michelle. She will treat you nice until you sign a lease. From the residents I spoke with about her, they all agree. She needs to be replaced. Kelli needs to have her position. She speaks to you like your human. I've never felt so degraded in my life. People if your looking for a place at this place. Deal with Kelli or Frank. Skip out on Michelle. She's rude and very shady. And will do anything to make herself look good. As the old saying goes "what's done in the dark, always comes to light". I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH MICHELLE. if she answers the phone, save yourself the displeasure and request Kelli or Frank. One star because of Michelle. I would give her negative stars if I could."

"We had a great experience transitioning from one property to another. Frank was so helpful and did everything he could to help us and make it as smooth as possible. Frank had great communication and always kept us informed."

"My fiancé and I just recently moved into the biggest unit , definitely is nice, what wasn’t nice was the move in process. Very unprofessional with frequent delays and weeks to get an answer. I will say the management themselves are very friendly and welcoming, they’ve been there for our needs but the worst part is we moved in, noticed a few things broken, and it took them almost a full month to get in and fix it, didn’t even do a good job and forgot to do some things. Unless you are very desperate I would recommend to save yourself the stress and money and keep looking and if you do move in, make sure you inspect EVERYTHING yourself prior so they can have it 100% fixed before the move in date."

"Record every conversation you have with the leasing office. On Friday I reported a leak, water damage, and mold in our closet. Then I was told maintenance had already left for the weekend and that somebody would be round on Monday. On Monday I called in and they said that we weren't on the schedule for that day, asked who I spoke to, said they shouldn't have said that, and told me that somehow the damage didn't count as an emergency. It took until Tuesday for somebody to come in and look at the wall, Wednesday for the pipe to be fixed and the wall to be closed. And the carpet is still moldy."

"This is my 4th year now at the Landings. I just wanted to give a shout to someone special in the leasing office. Her name is Kelli Laboy. She has been so helpful and is always so friendly. My kids love her and she always makes a point to stop and say hi when she sees them playing outside. She does a lot for our community and she deserves to be recognized. I know if I have an issue I can count on her! I really hope she or management sees this because she is definitely an asset to your company."
