"I did not have an issue with the room, however, the customer service is a whole different ballgame. Parking is $10/night. This is a total rip-off as NO other lodging places charge for parking other than properties on the Boardwalk and the casinos. There were a grand total of two cars in the parking lot---including mine, the first night that I was there. It is nothing but a money grab. I had a reservation for five nights. After the second night, I told them that I was going to check out a day early and it was noted on my reservation. I checked out early, but did not get a receipt. It turns out that they charged me for the fifth night even though I had checked out and wasn't on the property. The manager refused to refund me for the night. I have never been charged for a night that I didn't stay at any hotel in my life!!! I have since cancelled two other five night stays, as the nickel and dimeing is not worth it for the hassle to me. Just as well, as it will be less money in their pocket and more in another establishment's pocket. That being said, Tara at the front desk was wonderful. She did everything that she could to help me get a refund, but the manager in India wouldn't budge. If you stay, watch out for the ripoffs that are out there!!!"

"Parking costs $10 for a totally empty lot at a hotel that's way outside of AC. Breakfast was gross, the floor was incredibly sticky. The walls are very thin and our neighbors decided to stay up very late and make a good deal of noise. The room itself was fine."

"Dirty, understaffed, poor management. Our beds had hair in them, no house keeping to change sheets, no other room available. The walls and floors are dirty. Used tissues in our room. They wouldn’t refund us so we could stay somewhere cleaner. There was one staff person in the hotel. They lied about a manager being available the following day. Everyone we spoke to said they can’t help us. One front desk clerk said I’m a single mom-I’m not dealing with helping you and hung up. Expedia tried to get the hotel to refund us and the manager would not speak with Expedia. Not a great neighborhood at night-loud road traffic and people outside. This hotel does not care about making your stay nice. They just want your money and do the bare minimum if that."

"This hotel is more like a motel. The most basic hotel and I guess it’s good for one night type of thing. The good thing is there is a indoor pool and basic breakfast. Parking is 10 dollars a night. Something about the room didn’t feel so clean and fresh. It has a moist odor smell. Super outdated but like I said for a budge it’s good for one night. I mean I paid like 130 for a Saturday night"

"The room was filthy! carpet smelled looked like it wasn't even disinfected properly. the bed sheet, blanket looked like it wasn't washed with detergent. Bathroom wasn't even cleaned. The shower knob thing was loose. For 130? come on is expected better service. Like why is this hotel considered 3 star? What's up with paying 10 dollars for parking? the only thing that was decent I guess was the fact they had continental breakfast and they had a indoor pool which also didn't look like it was maintained. I am so glad I only stayed here one night instead of two night or else I would've been so pissed. One of the worst hotel I stayed in.y"
