"It is definitely run down. Door to the room didn't shut all the way, only one elevator. Main doors to the building don't even work. There is no breakfast service. Bathrooms were dirty. Room was not properly cleaned. Hallways smelled like weed."

"We needed something in a hurry in case I’m wrecked after the new year’s celebrating but honestly the place is pretty bad. We’re not even leaving our things in the room for the night. Think I’m just gonna drink some coffee at the end of the night and leave. Place needs to be bough by new owners and completely refaced. Looks like somewhere squatters stay. I’ve seen worse but this place should be 50$ a night like a motor inn"

"Not a fan. Asked for non smoking - whole building reeks of cigarettes. It’s terrible. Thankfully I was only there to sleep. Not good for long term stays. The door to the room wasn’t a strong lock. Glad it had a dead bolt."

"If I could give this hotel negative 5 stars, I would. It was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy from the minute you walked in. Plexiglass so thick in the lobby, you couldn't even hear the front desk clerk, nor could they hear you. Lobby, halls & room smelled so bad, we went out and bought air fresheners. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Room was warm and stuffy, even with AC on. Overall terrible experience for the money we paid - just awful. The location was decent, but I would drive a hour out of my way before I stayed at this hotel again. Disgusting!!!"

"$300 for a Saturday night I would have rather slept in my truck in the parking lot. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. My parents own a Wyndham time share. We stay at the skyline tower in Atlantic City multiple times a year. Always a great experience. I saw the Wyndham brand and felt comfortable booking here. Giant mistake. The experience we had was not nearly up to the standard we expected of the Wyndham name. I understand things happen, stuff breaks and it even takes time to fix and replace things. The fountain in the lobby was broken. Ok, no problem. It was drained, never cleaned and you can tell that it has been there far too long in that condition. When I got off the elevator there weee bags of garbage that had clearly been there a while. Along with holes in the walls. When I got to the room to use the bathroom I was greeted by dead bugs on the floor that looked to me like cockroaches and hair in the shower. There was heavy black mold and milder in the grout and around the shower. On the headboard behind the lamp seemed to be some kind of greasy substance. There had been some sort of food scraps on the floor in between the bed and nightstand. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. There were 4 roughly 14” square pillows that looked like belonged on a couch as throw pillows. Very unhappy. Doubt I will ever use the travel lodge brand again. And I can’t believe Wyndham would allow this. I wish I had read the google reviews before booking and not just trusting the Wyndham name."
