"After going to this place to see how it was I was very disappointed. On the day that we went the office was closed without any posting of why. So after waiting an hour and calling with no response I left. I returned the next day and was told by the manager that she had fallen sick and went home. She never gave any information about the apartments. Nothing about applications, waiting list, or holds. Nothing. I could never live somewhere like that."

"I have lived here for two years now, and aside from my few complaints my kids and I love it, the apartments are very roomy ( i feel they should all just be townhouses) and i love the assigned parking, i do however hate the tile in the bathroom it is very hard to really keep clean even after sweeping and moping, i feel with one laundry room its very inconvenient for the amount of homes that are here and we should have in unit washer and dryer its not like the space is not there , and we need updated appliances i have been having issues with my dishwasher since July and its still not fixed, again aside from my small complaints i do enjoy living here."

"While I was working I received a voicemail letting me know there is an opening here. After several attempts to contact, including email, I have yet to hear from anyone. I am interested in living here, but they said if they don't "hear back from me in a few days" they take me off the list. I appreciate the call, but it's a little upsetting no one has gotten back within this time frame. I'm afraid I may be disregarded for no reason."

"I live here, and have lived here for quite sometime. I’ve been through 3 other managers and this one that’s here now is very rude and unprofessional. She’s disrespectful when it comes to the residents of the community. She walks in your unit when you ask for her to wait a second. She answers the phone very nasty and doesn’t like when a work request is being put in. We don’t like her."
