PROS: ✅ Rent is super affordable. ✅ Units are a good size with amazingly spacious lanais/patios. ✅ Stores, shops, fitness centers are conveniently close. ✅ Washington Twp Schools & Christian school options all within a 3 mile radius. ✅ Pet-Friendly CONS: ❌ No W/D or hook-ups in the unit. Laundry facilities are not well lit, a bit pricey & outdated, & do not work well. You'll save more time and money going to the laundromat"
