"The staff here straight up ignores you. I have been to this office multiple times and the staff are never at their desks during normal business hours. The most recent time was Monday at 1230pm Jan 8. I knocked and rang the door bell several times and waited over 30 minutes. They put a blind over the glass door so you can not look in. There is a gap you can look in and I saw 2 different people, male and female both emerge from the back room several times, come out to the desk and then go back into the back room. I kept knocking but they deliberately ignored the door. Completely unprofessional service! There is no telephone number you can call to report these bad employees, so I am leaving this review in hopes that the supervisor sees this and fires these deadbeat employees that refuse to do their job. Update: they finally answered after 40 minutes, they denied being in the office and said they just got back even though I said I saw them. My guess is they were getting handsy in the backroom."

"Love living here. The apartment is modern and bright. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is great. Maintenance is fantastic, they check all smoke detectors regularly and change the batteries. Anything needing repair is taken care of promptly. The grounds are well maintained and it's pleasant to walk around the community. I feel very comfortable and safe here."

"I have read the reviews and felt the need to leave MY OPINION. The entire transition was expedited without fail by Danielle. She handled everything in a timely fashion, and took care of even the smallest details. I had a discrepancy with one of the appliances and she made sure to address it with her superior. I was told the necessary changes would be made by Monday. I thought perhaps it would just simply be switched out with a different one but this is not how things are handled at Woodmont! Every effort to make sure that the tenants are satisfied in their new home is truly their top priority. As a matter of fact, a “breakfast on the go” was creatively put together by Sarah to ensure the tenants kick started their day with a nutritious meal. Shout out to Sarah and her team for including such a wide variety of items that could be enjoyed by even the pickiest eater! And I have to mention James…when one leasing agent is unable to get back to me, James is always present to make sure that my email or call is addressed and handled personally! That’s teamwork! The maintenance/grounds staff, I see them all of the time cleaning the entrance to the buildings, and even mopping the elevator floors! ( WHATEVER THEY USE SMELLS AMAZING). The apartments are beautiful, and definitely embody the description of luxury. The community center, theater room, pool, grills… are a GAME CHANGER! And yes, there is an amenity fee that is due yearly. Let’s be real people, how else are things going to be serviced, or equipped?? The parking, yes it’s packed….right now. However, they are working on getting decals and issuing assigned parking for the tenants. It’s a process. Overall I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at this community, and I hope that my review will help shed light in a few areas of concern."
