"This is a great school. Our son attended it from kindergarten to grade 8. They provide students with a mountain of learning materials and give lots of homework - including weekends, holidays and vacation, which can be tedious, but it’s worth it. They really teach their students from a very early age to study hard and to manage their time efficiently. Upon graduating from the Big Apple Academy, our son was accepted to Brooklyn Tech; and he went through his high school years as an A+ student - because he was so well prepared for hard work and for processing a large amount of learning information. He then received a scholarship to a prestigious NYC college; and he is currently excelling as a Computer Science Major. "I have graduated from this school in 2019, with 5 regents, a lot of knowledge, and a great time. Yes this school give a lot of work and a bunch of homework, but now in high school it is much to study and learn new material. The teachers are strict but it is easy to find a way to talk to them and find your common ground with them. This school did indeed fill me up with a lot of work but that is because the teachers actually cared and wanted the better for us, all of us.
