"Came with my 3 year old. She had 103 degree fever and had been puking. Decided to go to PM Pediatrics and oh boy what a mistake that was. We got in at 4:04pm and at the top of the hour, we get called to the desk and get told that it will take at least another hour before we can get seen. (who's is Ludacris because there were only 5 other kids with us, see picture). I was sceptical of all the one star reviews I've seen, but after this experience I would give them negative stars if I could. God forbid if I ever step foot into this hell hole. P. S to the owner, you can keep your apologies by not replying, forest Hills deserves better than your horrible service and lack of care."
"I’ve been coming here for many years and I’ve never had an experience like this. The women at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior is disgusting and unacceptable. She had not right to yell at me. She couldn’t find my appointment in the system and she kept telling me I didn’t make one when I was trying to show her on my phone that I did make 2 separate appointments, one for me and one for my brother. She was talking over me and I told her I don’t appreciate her tone and she started screaming at me for 5 minutes I’m front of the entire waiting room with a bunch of young children right there. She doesn’t not know how to conduct herself in a professional manner. A nurse had to come out back and she still didn’t stop yelling at me and then the doctor came out front. She kept screaming and telling me that I was wrong and she said she can’t work like this and stormed off to the back."
"Never bringing my baby here again, it’s 9:20 and they close at 10. The nurse turned us away because according to her they are at full capacity but the huge lobby is empty. Mind you I called ahead of time and was told me I could just walk around. Since they could not give me an appointment."
"I have 5 years working in urgent care industry as a manager and I can honestly say this urgent care is so disorganized. When you work in urgent care your priority is to patients and unfortunately wait time. I was the first patient in the office, took about 1-2 minutes to check in and I waited with my sick toddler in the waiting room for 1 HOUR before me or anyone else was called. Again I understand something might be happening but this isn’t the first time. Front desk needs more training in hospitality. Kindness should be written everywhere because that’s what they lack. Scribe or medical team needs to do better in cleaning rooms and calling patients in. Seriously this business needs to worry about patients then revenue."
"My wife and I came in with my son who had a bad cold and we saw what I thought was a doctor but probably wasn't because she didn't explain who she was. We waited over 30 minutes and spent 2 minutes with the medical provider. She barely looked into his ear and said he had an ear infection. The medical provider said he had to go on antibiotics immediately but didn't even tell me what she would prescribe for him. Shame on you. My wife and I asked is there anything else we can do in addition or in substitution of the she brushed us off and was very dismissive. This is your typical urgent care where the providers only have numbers to produce. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real pediatrician."
