"My 3 kids were patients of Dr. Nancy Wallach. She is an awesome pediatrician. Very thorough. I've never had any issues with the staff. The office manager, receptionist and medical assistants are nice and professional. Yes sometimes there was a little bit of a wait, but for me and my kids it was worth it because Dr. Wallach will spend the time with your child. She is very patient. It never felt like we were being rushed. Now my youngest one (Dr. Wallach has been seeing her since she was a newborn) will be turning 18 (and she's autistic). It's now time for her to transition to an adult doctor that deals with special needs. I just want to say thank you to all the staff and Dr. Wallach for having such compassion. We will miss them all."

"If you want to spend the whole day at the doctors then this is the place to go. They change the doctors yearly so your child will never develop a relationship with there doctor and never be comfortable telling them anything."

"I made an appointment for 1:00 PM for my child, one week ahead of time. I got there at 12:50 PM that day. We then had to wait almost two hours to get my daughter her check up. The staff here could not provided an answer for the long wait, as a matter of fact I didn’t even get a reply at all. This happen twice before but now it’s the final straw- just though I informed the public. P.S the spanish lady at the counter let her friends and people skip the line. I observe a few people just walk in and went right in to see the doctor."
