The Waverly at Neptune

"I've been living in the community for about 4 years now and have recently transferred into a bigger apartment. The process to transfer mid-lease kind of sucked, which I would not recommend. But overall, our move out of the old apartment and into the new apartment went as smooth as possible with Mike's help. Mike provided us with additional information when it comes to in house transfers and did not rush us through the process. Any issues or minor fixes that needed to be addressed, Mike was by the very next day and fixed everything! Thank you for all your help!"

"Beautifullly kept grounds with flowers and grasses. The apartments are a good size and I really like the extra storage room. This community is dog friend and has frequent activities including holiday events and food trucks. This is a great place to live."

"I have lived here for almost a year and it has been great! Apartment is nice, great space and upgraded. Pool and gym are great amenities to have and great central location so it's easy to commute, shopping or get to the beach. The property is well maintained - the outside, clubhouse and common hallways are always clean. Mike and his maintenance staff are great! They are consistently very responsive and helpful!"
