Please note that this offer does not apply to holidays, and there is a 2-day minimum stay requirement for weekends and a 3-day minimum stay for holidays.
A 4.0 percent surcharge will be added to all Paypal and Credit Card transactions, but this fee is kept to a minimum to cover our costs. Children over the age of 12 are welcome at the guest house, and room rates are based on a maximum of two occupants. There is an additional charge of $25 per night for each extra occupant.
In terms of cancellations, guests must notify the guest house at least 7 days in advance to avoid any fees. "Bath Ave Guesthouse provides such a wonderful experience for its guests. Lisa is a fantastic host, totally committed to her customers’ enjoyment and comfort. Her breakfasts are truly amazing and delicious. We spent most of our relaxation time on the awesome front porch. And, the house is only two blocks from the beach. I’ll definitely be back, especially considering the reasonable room rates."
"I asked the owner to write this review even though I needed to cancel my visit due to health issues. She was so understanding and offered to provide a refund … which based on the late notice was above and beyond. I have friends staying there this weekend, and they are raving about the improvements made to the rooms…. And as far as service goes, my friend arrived early to beat the traffic, and was greeted warmly and served a full American breakfast! All I know is I can’t wait to experience this place for myself next Memorial Day Weekend!"

"We had a wonderful weekend here! Lisa is great as is her staff. The rooms are spotless, very well maintained and quaint. Great location: 2 blocks from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Asbury Park train station as well as fabulous Asbury restaurants and boardwalk. We had a shared bath which we didn’t mind. Excellent breakfasts. The 2 outdoor showers were the best!"
