"From the time we walked in until we left we were met by the friendliest of staff. Angie and Bill are an absolute pleasure and were able to recommend some great spots for us to try on our weekend getaway! The rooms are decent sizes and have an older/antique feel, and the complimentary balcony/side view we had of the ocean, from room 8 was a great bonus .The hotel is within walking distance to the Asbury boardwalk, and only a few feet away from catching the picture shots for sunrise and sunset. Such a convenient and comfortable stay with breathtaking views!"

"First time I stayed here was good. Nice view. Older woman at the desk is unfriendly. Was planning to stay again, but had to change plans and cancelled far in advance. Don't book unless you're positive you can stay here! They charge a cancellation fee no matter how early you cancel, no matter if they rebook the room."

"Had a fantastic stay here for one night -- booked Room 7 (third floor with a private wrap-around terrace) and it was lovely! The hotel is right across the boardwalk from the beach, and a 5 minute walk (if that) over to Asbury Park. The room felt very clean and well-kept. We could hear other guests at times in adjacent rooms, but nothing that was disruptive. The continental breakfast was simple, as expected, but plenty for us (muffins, cereal, juice, etc). Booking and check-in/check-out were easy. We would absolutely stay here again -- the location can't be beat!"
