Reviews
"Never take the staircase. It smells of an extreme case of urine and there's trash in the staircase. The staircases are never ever maintained. Sometimes there is poo which is truly disgusting. Beer cans can also be found in the staircase. Maintenance seem to neglect the staircase as if it does not exist. Last year there was a time when someone of the homeless people or drug addicts was sleeping in the hall on the senior side which is supposed to be secure. In the washroom someone literally got on top of the washing machine and pooed inside of it. This place is not secured. This place have no problem raising your rent but when it comes to maintenance and sanitary conditions it is completely neglected as if they do not care."
"It's a shame that this place has fallen so badly. It wasn't supposed to be like this. It's really unfortunate. People should not fear, or be uncomfortable where they reside and pay rent. The Owner and Management need to do better. Have pride in the property. New rugs and/or floors. Clean up the trash, dirt, grime, etc. Be nicer, polite that's your job. We all have bad days but it's not your job to show that to the tenant's or anyone else. The fixing of the problems is with management so do something. Your rating are the worst. Yet families who can't afford these high ridiculous prices may have no choice but to settle because your affordable, you fit their budget or they receive Section 8. It's sad because you gladly take their money but the place is a mess. I've been in your apartments when they were first built and recently and the drastic change is unbelievable to say the least. So I do know what it can be. I also know people who live there. So I would say I'm speaking from experience. I realize it may not be easy but for the sake of the community and families who reside there it's important that you do better. Also those fake messages you answered these comments with please don't insult me with that nonsense because when you care about your tenants and the comments that people write here you would respond back with real comments not prerecorded ones. I'd rather you not comment at all."
"When I started to do app process management was nice at first an then cuz I asked them a couple questions an they weren't really answering them. When they kinda did an didnt. They took my words an twisted them around an they cancelled my app an told me I could apply again. After that nope that I wont. All I wanted to do b4 I put money down was try an view an apt or least send pics so I could get a view of what they looked like. An when I asked w what specific things were needed. Between the combination of the 2 things it seemed to me they werent understanding what I was saying an I said to them if you can't answer my questions I might just say never mind an I will walk away. They took my words an twisted them an that when they cancelled my app an told me reapply. First of all I went thru alot to get what i got done done. They should of called me to talk it out then do what they did. That stuff happened today with the last part w app an what not. Never again. I would contact corporate but I think the review on here is good enough for me."
"Not the nicest of apartments. I had to do some maintenance work here and most of the tennants are nice, but all of them are crazy. Patricia at the front desk was quite unhelpful, but that didn't really matter to me. What matters to me is all the stains and spills and dirt and trash in every hallway and staircase."
"On the very first day i moved here my toilet flooded ! It’s been a year and 5 months my toilet still has not been fixed. My apartment flooded three times and it’s been mold and my ceiling falling and I’ve put in multiple work orders emails and reached out to the county yet my issue is still not fixed. Why pay rent ?"
