"Generally had a positive experience living there. Minus two stars for holding onto my security deposit (past two months of moving out) and ignoring three emails to return it. When I threatened to take them to small claims court, I got it within the week. This was a few years ago so hopefully the staff is more organized now."

"They give you the run around when it comes to rent pricing. Every listing and their website says to call for rent price then they tell you they can’t disclose that. Why would I want to tour or be waitlisted for a place that I do not know the price of? Be upfront with rent. In reply: How do you not know the price until someone leaves? Seems like you up the rent every time and that’s why you can’t give a price, because you’re scamming. Also don’t put listings out if you have zero availability for the near future. Waste of time calling and a waste of your time as well."

"Mike the maintenance manager is the best. The snow had barely touched the pavement and he was out there salting the parking lot. The entire staff here is great. I will definitely be calling this place home for a very long time!"

"What a disorganized mess this place is. They force you to do the application online by not having the office open other than part time. They barely even show you a unit. Then they want 300$ to fill out an app for one. Now 1.5 days before the move in and they haven't even contacted me by email or phone. Scratching my head ... I guess their time is the only time worth anything. Actually no it hasn't gotten any better. You out to be ashamed of your predatory renting practices that you use. The apartments are crappy, old and nothing like the model that they show you. Now I know why they will not show you an actual apartment. Upgraded kitchen, really? Updated bathroom, yeah ok ( repainted tile does not make for a bathroom upgrade) the air conditioner does not work ( and before you respond (blowing cold air does not mean it works if it will not cool the apartment off) 96 hours to get the inside air temp to 78 degrees, we do not live in Texas it was only 86 degrees outside."
