"If this is the worst place where Nataliiiiiia has ever lived, she should not be renting, but owning a mansion by now.... I have seen my share of rentals and this property is way better than 90% what's out there. 2 Modern buildings, super clean public areas, 2 elevators for a pretty small building, carpeted hallways, security cameras - many of my neighbors do not lock their doors, hard working, respectful staff (Frank-Super), (John and Sandi - constantly cleaning, watering plants, etc). All apartments have newish appliances, including dishwashers (one and two bedrooms have washer/dryer hookups), huge windows, lots of doctors/nurses renting from the nearby CI Hospital, super clean and comfy Laundry room with a sofa and TV, gym, public grill area, etc, etc etc - ALL OF THAT IS INCLUDED IN RENT. I WOULD consider this luxury, actually. Why not 5 stars - 1. very strange $75 gas surcharge monthly, that's on top of monthly Electric bill. I still don't understand what it is as I cook very little. Supposedly it's used to run the Heating Unit (which is a combination air-conditioner/heater - how on earth it could use GAS is one of those mysteries of life). Just let it go and pay the man. 2. Lots of dogs in the building, lots (again, no additional cost). I have a dog too, so for me it's a blessing, but if you are not crazy about hearing the man's best friend howling while waiting for his nurse-papa working his 12 hour shift - you might want to invest in a white noise machine.... RECOMMENDED"

"the worst house in which I either lived, dirty, the apartment starts to fall apart after three months, the ceilings are dripping, the air conditioners don’t work, the stink of dead mice and they die somewhere between the walls and you can’t do anything about it, parcels are stolen and no one is responsible for anyone, the bill for electricity and gas is $ 500"
