"Hi good afternoon I need two bedroom apartments for rent"

"Engel Investments are Racist, and to make matters worse they refuse to give back the Security and Deposit to tenants. When you are looking to rent an apartment with them in the beginning they will show you one face but it is all a façade, when it's time for them to return the Security and Deposit they start charging false amounts so that they don't have to return your full money. When my family moved out, Eric (one of the owners) falsely claimed that he had painted and repaired our apartment and the pictures he sent me belonged to another apartment, he lied about so many things that I ended up taking them to court in Elizabeth NJ. He also threatened to tarnish my reputation because he thought I was an illegal immigrant who didn't know my rights as a tenant. I won the case and to this date, September 2023 Engel Investments, LLC have not return my Security and Deposit, and we moved out of the apartment since November 2022."

"Apparently this company screens the people that they are willing to lease to. I sent an email to property manager Eric Engal on Saturday February 15th inquiring about renting a 2 bedroom apartment, and scheduling a tour for the Grand at Westfield for March 3rd. Mr. Eric called me and gave me exactly 2 seconds of his time, when he heard my voice his exact words were " I'm sorry can I call you back in 5 minutes?" Ok, I gave it the benefit of doubt, maybe he was extremely busy, which is understandable. Mr. Eric Engal never returned my call, so I followed back up with an email on Friday February 28th inquiring about renting a 2 bedroom unit, and scheduling a tour. It is now March 2nd, and Mr. Eric Engal still hasn't followed up with my inquiry, or returned my phone call. I do not recommend this company and would stay away from this establishment. Their website states that " Their goal is to provide affordable living opportunities to everyone, however that's not true. This company clearly does not provide everyone with a fair oppurtunity!!"
