"Stayed for a week for business. Never had hot water once. $18 for a terrible breakfast buffet is insane. Don't waste your money. Be sure to check the vents in the bathroom. Walls are super thin. Beds are comfy and there's a nice gym."

"Location is good. When I arrived on the shuttle I thought I was at the wrong place. No mention of Marriott or Bonvoy. Has a awesome gym. Too bad the rest of the place is tired. A little paint and a professional carpet cleaner would do wonders. The staff are nice.. food in the bar is okay."

"Afternoon staff that checked us in were lovely. Night staff when I went down to ask for the simplest of things stood 8ft away from me, made me yell my request to them as they huddled and stared at me like I had two heads. They brought me the wrong thing and made me feel like I couldn’t ask anything else because I was bothering them. As airline staff who stays at thousands of hotels a year, Interesting how they treated a customer with the smallest requests."

"Overall an excellent place to stay. Arrived with a Rental car and decided to check in first. Spent 36 minutes in the hotel and was charged a full $16... I was 6 minutes longer than the free allowance. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Excellent shuttle service to and from Newark airport."

"I picked this hotel in this area out of the other 10 or so options around because they had a bar area that was open until 1am. I had a late flight in from oversees and knew I'd want a drink and snack to unwind at the end of the night. Knowing the website said 1am I even spent the absurd taxi fee of almost $45 for the 3 mile ride and bypassed taking the free shuttle the hotel offers to ensure I made it there before 1am. I arrive at the hotel at around 12:15am to see a sign on the restaurant saying closed. When I get to the gentleman at the front desk I ask why it's closed and he proceeds to tell me they actually close at 11 or 11:30 and that they haven't updated the website. I optimistically asked if they had airplane bottles in the room and he was very quick to just reply no. I luckily had a snack I had saved from my 8 hour flight. I immediately mentioned I'd be writing a bad review and again received no reaction. I honestly would not have picked this hotel which was far more expensive than the other ones in the area if the website provided accurate information. I'm highly disappointed in this hotel and their staff and don't plan on spending my money on this chain again when I have so many other options. The room was fairly basic. They do have large TV's in the room if that's important to you. There was hair or fur from someone else on my pillow and the shower was a bit difficult and mediocre. If you are just spending a night because of a layover I would recommended to not waste your money here."
