"I was one of the first tenants to move in the building. It was state of the art, with amenities, i.e., gym, courtyard, community room, etc. It was a great experience. The thing that sticks out the most was the professionalism of Mrs. Veronica Strain and the overall response to issues when they occurred. Mrs. Strain was always responsive and the super was always available. After 5 years, it was time to move on (bought a house), I enjoyed my time there."

"I just moved in the building and my experience has been wonderful so far. The apartment is very nice, with modern appliances and the building is very well maintained. The management company and the property manager Veronica Stain are very professional, friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to commend the Superintendent/Maintenance Coordinator, Gianni Willis for his excellent service and professionalism. On my move in date he waited for me on the front door of the building to take care of all the details and make sure everything went well with my move. On the following days when I needed some help with the use of the appliances he showed up on his own (without my request) to answer all my questions and has always been at my disposal. I have never seen any professional being more proactive than he is and he seems to be always on top of things."

"My experience living in this building by far has been one of the best! The building is always well kept and neighbors stay to themselves. All my maintenance issues (which are always minute) are always executed if not the same day, within a 24hr grace period. Gianni is such a great super! Very respectful, very friendly, and does a great job at what he does. I know I can be a headache when he comes but he never shows any type of frustration. He’s extremely professional! Thank you for making sure I continuously live comfortable!"

When I had to abruptly move due to a house sale, I viewed every luxury building in union county. My top deciding factor when looking at numerous properties was always the size of the apartment. I also preferred onsite gym and covered parking. This building provided all and more. My apartment is very spacious, and the building is very well maintained. Veronica, the Property Manager is always courteous, responsive, and accessible. I have had minor concerns in the apartment which was fixed in record time. She takes care of any issue swiftly which is appreciated. I love the covered parking and community room. I love it here, I feel safe, and love coming home. Overall, it has been a great experience. If you are looking for a place to rent in Elizabeth, Centurion is it, you will not regret it!"
