"I wish the staff that answers the phone would slow down and clearly state their name. I have no idea who I’m talking to. I can never get a doctor to see my daughter. It’s a different person each time we go so I have no idea who last saw my daughter. Also, my daughter was given an additional HPV vaccine that she was not supposed to get. It’s honestly getting worse and worse. Slow down on the phone. I can hear the eyes rolling as you speak to me. One more problem and we will find somewhere else to go. There’s honestly no care in the world."

"I can't tell you anything about how good a doctor they are or aren't.. I just moved here and my 1-year-old had his first appointment with his new doctor. We do the phone check-in process and they tell me that only one parent is allowed to go in. Both me and my wife are fully vaccinated with two shots each and my wife had to bring in our 1 year old and our 4 year old by herself. I even went to the front desk to plead my case and let them know I was law enforcement if they could extend the courtesy so I could actually meet my son's pediatrician... After a few phone calls the person behind the desk tells me it's the company's policy not the office's policy and I will not be able to accompany my wife and children into the room. Great first impression."

"Refused to see my daughter claiming she has not been there all last year and needs to be enrolled as new intake. So...if your kids are healthy, you will probably have to keep bouncing around different doctors as she’s not making them enough profit. This is embarrassing and clearly a insurance scam where they can charge more from the insurance for a new patient instead just a visit. Putting money first and not the kids health is something dangerous and should be reported. No need to say I don’t recommend this place right?"

"Brought my son there today for the first time and it was great! Everyone is super friendly, it's very clean, and it feels very modern. I love the separate waiting areas for sick children and love that they do not accept unvaccinated patients. We will continue to bring our little guy there!"

"We are very pleased with this place. The nurse and doctor staff are amazing with our little one. One of the front office staff did have an attitude when we were simply making an appointment for the next visit. Our only complaint is the waiting period that we have encountered during recent visits. During our last visit we sat in the waiting room for almost an hour while we saw several people check in, get called into the doctor, and then check out."
