"Receptionist is very rude. If you don’t like your job just give it up already. It’s people out here that actually love what they do. Other than the rude receptionist the rest of the staffing is very friendly. The wait time is usually excessive which also sucks. I honestly won’t recommend coming here. I come because it’s close but desperately seeking a new doctor for my child."

"What’s happened to this practice!?!? Been coming here for 20 years for my kids. Brought my 11 year old son for a physical & vaccines. Appointment was for 10:30. Checked in at 10:15 & it’s now 11:55 and we have not seen the doctor. I usually always request the 1st appointment of the day to avoid this nonsense but had to take what they had. It’s been 2 years since we’ve been seen by Dr. Ayyanathan which I loved so I think it’s time to go elsewhere. Such a shame but they need to stop double booking/overbooking. That’s when the quality of the visit gets compromised because they are rushing. As far as Carmen goes, I love her work ethic. No complaints whatsoever. Good luck to the practice. Update 12:40: Right before I leave, the medical assistant who administered the vaccines to my son tells me one of the shots she gave him was the WRONG ONE! She said she read the label wrong! Will save you the details but needless to say I WON’T BE GOING BACK TO THIS OFFICE. Walked out of there livid & appalled at their irresponsibility. PARENTS: double & triple check they are giving your children the proper vaccines."

"I stay in Linden for Dr. Ayyanathan. I selfishly hope she does not retire for another 10 years at least. Doctor Ayyanathan and Dr Castillo are wonderful doctors. They are always available to help and in 8 years have never left us hanging for answers or treatment. They always take care of our daughter in emergency situations no matter how backed up they are. They are never after the money. They truly care about their kids. Please don't write nasty comments about the receptionist. The receptionist is not rude, but stern and does her job right. If she was not stern, you people will step all over her. Most of all, my daughter loves them all, that's what really matters."
