"The cosmetic aspect of the building is great but built very cheap. You can hear a pin drop in this building. If your upstairs neighbors walks heavy then it sounds like a rhino is walking above you. The pipes are plastic so you can hear when your neighbor is showering or flushes the toilet. The garbage is picked up every two weeks or so and there's no dumpster just bins. It's a quiet area and close to downtown rahway . For the rent you're paying you expected more from the builder."
