"I've been at River Crest for 2+ years and I absolutely love it as much as I did on 'move in' day. The interior units are modern and beautifully appointed. The exterior grounds are thoroughly maintained and always visually appealing. I rarely call management for anything. But when I do, Tara is always pleasant and the staff is responsive. This past Monday, the faucet in the kitchen started gushing water from two different places. I filled out a 'service request' online at 1am, thanks to the online portal, it's 24/7. I requested service in the afternoon because I work nights. On Wednesday of the same week. Adam the maintenance manager stopped by. Like Tara, Adam is easy going and professional. He came in, assessed the situation and 1 hour later, my kitchen faucet was replaced. Regardless of who I speak to in Management, I always feel like my concerns are addressed and I'm not a burden to anyone. To the staff and management @ River Crest, thank you for enhancing my 'quality of life'. S.P."

Haven’t had to call maintenance much but every time I have they have been very quick and efficient! Everyone at the leasing office is so lovely especially Tara! Always making sure we are taken care of! Highly recommend this spot!"

"From the second call where the apartment manager Bob, helped us out with a more affordable price during covid all the way until receiving a check for our entire deposit plus interest after moving out, Rivercrest staff has been professional, friendly and timely. The property both inside and out is very well maintained. Our apartment had basically been completely redone when we moved in, so it felt like moving into an almost new apartment. The amenities including, barbeque grills, pool, dog park and bathing room are all great, mostly built into rent and we'll maintained. The grounds always felt very secure. Pets are very much welcome and there are ample doggy poop bags stations. The maintenance staff were always really friendly, kind and professional and got things done in a timely way. Which is not the norm for most apartment complexes. Rent is a little high for Piscataway, but the amenities, staff and security are worth the premium. Overall rivercrest was a great experience and we probably would have stayed there until we could have afforded a house, if we hadn't moved for work, rather than looking for a cheaper place in Piscataway."

"I lived at Rivercrest Apartments for a year and it was a wonderful apartment community. Bob, Tara, and the maintenance staff were always kind and put the needs of the residents first. If there was a maintenance need, it was very simple to create a request in the online portal and have it answered in a timely manner. The apartment grounds and shared spaces including the pool and laundry facilities were always well maintained. The move in experience was also so easy! And, the proximity of the apartment complex to the highway made it convienent to commute to work, while still being a quiet community. I am happy to have lived at Rivercrest Apartments and would recommend it to anyone looking for a one bedroom in the area!"
