We moved here back in June 2020,it’s our 2nd lease and we are planing to renew it again!! They have great maintenance team we had issues from refrigerator to water heat A/C to carpet cleaning and other small maintenance issues,they always help as quickly as possible. We love our patio view and can not compare this with any other place if we move out…it’s our home not just an apartment. Thanks to Aspen CT team for their priceless efforts!!"

"I lived at Aspen Court from June 2016-June 2020 and it was very bittersweet when I had to move due to personal circumstances. I LOVED living here. I had the 1 bedroom w/ den and it felt like a mini house- not an apartment. Not only was the apartment huge, I never heard my neighbors, and I always felt safe. The grounds at the community are gorgeous, complete with a beautiful walking path that leads to a lovely park. I looked far and wide, for the location, you aren’t getting the value anywhere as you are here! Also, in 4 years my rent wasn’t even raised $100 in total! The rent increases were around $15 a year, and despite no one liking a rent increase, it felt very fair, especially in today’s market. Also, if I stayed in 2020, they offered to lock in my rate, which I appreciated, but unfortunately I had to move regardless. When they went under new management (pre Corona days) they took a good community and even made it better. They’d had food truck Wednesday’s, craft nights etc. The staff was/is very helpful and supportive when I had a major crisis, they worked with me to change the locks immediately. Any time I ever needed maintenance done or had a question they got back to me right away. I truly don’t have a bad word to say about living at Aspen Court. To end on a high note, they promptly sent back my entire security deposit as well. I’ll miss them!!"
