The Grove at Piscataway

"Initially I was quite impressed with the customer care given. Very upbeat, and personable, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Fast forward to the application process, and all of the back and forth requests for this, that and a third. Which I promptly provided. Their last request for additional paystubs (again which I emailed the same day) was the last communication I received. After waiting a few weeks I called(no answer and no voicemail could be left). I tried calling again, only to be told the apartment had been rented! Rental agent thought I would be satisfied with “their application must have come in before yours.” No Ma’am, I was the first to apply(or so I was told). After another conversation, I am still not given any explanation as to why I was not informed via text, email or snail mail that the apartment had been rented. Furthermore, I was also told that my application and fee would be honored for the remainder of the year. Now, I’m being told the application is ONLY in effect for 30 days. My takeaway is: Get everything in writing and do not trust them to let you know if you have a place to live or not."

"I love The Grove! it’s such a beautiful place with a very friendly staff. Whenever an issue needs to be fixed, we can rely on Sergio to come fix it. He’s awesome, hard working, and punctual! Overall, it’s a beautiful property."

"So my experience at the Grove has always been pleasant. The staff is friendly and the property has very good up keeping. It’s very rare to see trash even flying around in the wind. Someone always seems to grab it. Lol. It gives off one of those vibes that makes you not want to litter either. Just a very nice, clean and peaceful environment. One person that always stands out to me is Sergio. Always friendly and always making sure everyone is taken care of. It’s hard to find people who care so much for their job and surroundings the way he does. As always. Thank you for your service at the property."

"I want to thank the management team for their excellent service. David the manager is very informative and helpful. He also arranges fun events for tenants. Sergio is on top of maintenance. He is always prompt and efficient in fixing any issues we have. Jonathan is very friendly and makes sure the common areas are clean."
