"Management is horrible. They treat tenants like trash. They are inconsistent with rules and regulations. They charge an arm and leg for nothing. They have roaches and rats and refuse to use adequate extermination. Tenanta are forced to live in treacherous conditions with no regard to health, conditions or wellbeing by the landlords. However the janitors do a wonderful job keeping areas visible to the roads clean."
