"Management charged $200 cleaning fee from my security deposit even though we spend almost 3hrs to clean the unit. They do not provide me clear explanation until I send couple emails. Unprofessional and not able to trust this management. They say everything is fine appeared to go easy but in the back all the things they say is different. Very disappointed. I am disputing this cleaning fee charge right now but its very unpleasant."

"I love this building. Additionally, I’ve lived here for the past 15 months and the management pays great attention to detail. Amenities are top tier with spacious environments for all residents. The neighborhood has a 2 mile strip with various restaurants to indulge in. If you’re looking for an apartment, ensure to consider Buzzoto as your new home. They have multiple properties around the area. Romero and Risa have done a great at managing this property."

"It’s a typical apartment building. Not “luxury” as they advertise. Like everything in life, there is both good and bad, you can’t expect perfection. But there are certain things that need to be pretty close to it considering how high the rent is. The reviews prior to mine covered most of what I feel in both the highs and lows of living here—so I’ll only mention one of each from my experience here. High: I love the way the management engages the tenants. Every month they have some type of event/activity going on for residents to come together as a community. Lows: the structure was clearly rushed. This is seen in the amount of noise you hear in your apartment. The walls are thin and the floors lack proper noise barrier/insulation construction. You can hear your neighbors on the left, right and across from you…even beneath (if you live above the 1st floor) drives me insane! Overall a solid 3 stars."

"My honest experience with EVO in Englewood is that it’s a much better price for rent than Fort Lee and the overall place is nice but it seems like it was rushed when being built. The garage door doesn’t open at times, the bathtub got a crack in it after a few uses and takes multiple days to fix so we gave up on using it, the sink constantly breaks no matter how many times we fix it so we gave up on fixing it, and it truly shows in how fragile the building is. I have a feeling it was rushed or improperly built but for the price it’s harder to get better than this. If rent is raised past 4,000 for a two bedroom, it’s hard to justify the price of staying but I like the staff as most of them are very kind, the pool is great, the gym is great, and again the main point here is it’s worth it for the price. I would rate EVO an honest 3.5/5 but will give a 4 for the staff and price."
