"This apartment complex has been amazing. I love it here. The front entry is secured and locked at all times. The residents here are considerate and packages and delivery aren't ever an issue There is a mail boxes as soon as you come in the secured doors. There is also a call box in the entry so if someone needs to contact you they can ring you from the hallway and you can buzz them in from your phone. My apartment was on the FIRST FLOOR . Right next to the first hallway and side door. It's honestly the best apartment position because you're not to close to the entrance but you don't have to use the elevator or go up flights of stairs. The apartment had updated stainless steel appliances. Stove, dishwasher, deep sink, and fridge. I put up a tiled backsplash for an updated modern look and to keep the walls clean. There is plenty of space in the dining area and a ton of cabinet space. The cabinets are also new and I lined them so they are spotless and clean. The living area is also large and I have put in an AC unit. Plenty of light choices from the 3 sconces on the wall or the two kitchen lights. The bathroom is also updated. A nice white tub and tile wall and floor. I also put up the sink backsplash to keep the walls clean. There is a privacy window in the bathroom which is great for airing out as well as lighting The hallway is very long and wide. I have a quasi office set up. A coat rack and a dog bed. There is many ways to use this space as I have seen my neighbors put little sitting area or book shelfs or art. There is a utility closet by the entrance with a few shelfs and a coat holder. The closet is deep and holds ALOT OF STUFF. The bedroom is the best bedroom you'll get in the area. All wood floor. Huge windows. 2 Largw walk in closets. I have a queen bed. 2 side tables a vanity and a dresser and TV and I still have plenty of room. I HAVE ALSO installed an AC unit. Laundry facility in the basement. You get a laundry card from the machine you add money and do your laundry! Very convenient once again because om.on the first floor. Is about 1.50 for wash 1.75 for dry. There is also a little library down there if you want to wait. ALSO BONUS if the facility is completely busy you can go next door the the sevilla Comolex and use their machines. Clean and small. Parking for my particular apartment was street parking. The side of the road alternate for street sweeping to set an alarm in your phone so you don't get a fine! I usually don't ever have an issue with parking. Also if your unloading groceries or shopping stuff you can pull into the Ally and unload by the side door and conveniently located right at side door. The garbage and recycling are also conveniently located in the Ally but not visible or smellable. They are both picked up frequently and the area is always kept neat but the property manager Robert. Robert is AN AMAZING property manager and is very transparent and trustworthy. He has been so helpful WITH anything I have ever needed and keeps the ground looking clean and beautiful. I do know this complex is hard to get into because they check credit and your score has to be high. ALSO if your income is less then 55k please do not apply and waste your time. I have a service animal and I know with the proper documents pets are allowed. LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT IS PRIME Engle street is popping with businesses/gyms/resturants/bars/doctors offices. Right down the road from Englewood Hospital. Close proximity to the Palisades interstate parkway. Route 4. Route 17. Route 46. The neighboor is safe and police presence is great. I walk the blocks behind the complex and it's very quiet. PSE&G BILL IS UAUSLLY AROUND 50$ A MONTH. SPECTRUM INTERNET IS ABOUT 80$ A MONTH. SECURITY IS A 1.5 month rent. 25$ application fee. No broker fee. No realtor fee. Miss this place a lot."
"Mayflower & Sevilla Love! Both properties home a warm community of urban dwellers. All walks of life occupy this residence, and everyone is friendly and respectful. The property Manager, Robert D., really makes living here a stress-free experience. Having a building manager live on-site was very reassuring and came in handy more than once. Robert is a great manager and person, and He always helps his tenants as quickly as possible. My apartment was large, with a spacious hallway, bedroom, and living room. Generally, I loved the convenience of the location in proximity to the city and to my office up in Englewood Cliffs. Stunning mansions will be your backyard and you're also within walking distance to shop right, the library, Hummus Elite, Bartolomeo Italian Deli, and two yoga studios. I loved my time living at 151 Engle Street."
"I was so grateful when I found Englewood Properties; great rent, spacious, well-kept, walking distance of downtown, close to Manhattan and a really attentive super. If I had not moved out of the area, I would have lived there for more than the 2.5 years that I did. And, having a good super is huge as most apartment dwellers know - Rob was great about repairs and any other requests. He even just let me know that a package came for me this week and mailed it to my new address."
