"UPDATED: It's a competitively priced option in a convenient location. The management team had some issues at the start, but after 2 years here, I'm pretty satisfied overall. Full Original Review: The staff are sweet, pleasant and responsive. But the company is new at managing large multi-family properties-- and it shows. Ex: Moving day. 1 elevator was broken, 1 was not yet ready for use. Was not informed prior to arrival. Moving team I hired could not get all my furniture up to my apartment in time. Management called in a favor (family friends?) to help move the rest. They are also building another new apartment down the street. PROS: new building, modern design and interior, modern appliances, central AC, newly built gym, W/D in unit, warm and helpful staff - very hardworking, ample space in lobby for entertaining guests, paid garage parking, along bus routes, walking distance to Newark Ave groceries and Journal Square PATH (~15 minutes), nearby parks, quick access to highways (Route 1-9, NJTP/I-95), short drive to Holland Tunnel. BIG Cons: -Paid $500 for "amenities" including a gym that never opened. They kept failing inspection (per public records). They finally got it approved March 18 -- after the pandemic hit and gyms had to be closed. So now almost a year in, couldn't use a gym I paid for. -The swing-up hydraulic cabinets are always breaking. I've had to have 5 fixed in 9 months. In a brand new apartment. I am not the only tenant with this problem, and when there were fewer residents they kept swapping bad parts into the vacant apartments and bringing the good parts to mine. SMALL Cons: -The water pressure is pathetic. Tried changing the shower head 2x to see if that helped, it didn't. Management said nothing can be done. -Shady practice: staff has posted positive reviews about this place, including complimenting the gym that wasn't open when the post was published. -Video intercom installed, but unused. There is a lobby attendant (super sweet and hard working guy! No issues with him), and I have to go down to get my guest for security reasons. So why that intercom exists I have no idea. -The advertising material for the apartment showed a pool table. There is no pool table."

"1)The apartments are very luxurious with a very good prices! 2) surrounding is Very nice and friendly! 3) The staff and management are very friendly and polite. They always help you throughout in any problem. 4)There is a Gym for all the tenants and the kid zone for the kids. 5)Their amenities and the interior as well as exterior features are very good and beautiful. I just love this place.."
