"Tenant from 2021 to 2023. The apartments are spacious, and the building is well maintained. The location is also perfect, as you can get onto the highway, get to the GWB, or go east into fort lee or west into leonia/Pal Park instantly. The neighborhood is extremely safe with a myriad of walkable options for shopping or dining. The management and landlord have always been very responsive, fair, and professional. At the end of my second year, I requested a 1 month extension and received it without any issue at all. Despite the other review, having lived at the Addison for over two years, I have NEVER had any issue with homeless people being on or near the property. In fact, I think I encountered one homeless person in my entire time at Fort Lee, and they were gone the next day. The only negative experience I ever had here was that my car was damaged in the parking lot, and there are no cameras in the actual parking levels. Otherwise, I never had any issues with the unit or management in any way. Overall, this apartment was an awesome stay, and I would absolutely lease here again if life leads me back to the NYC area."

"Reasons to avoid this apartment. (Resident 2021-2023) Side facing the highway is obnoxiously loud. Tenants have complained saying they turn on their AC as white noise to muffle the sound of the street. Side facing the rear is quiet but comes at a premium price. Apartment is adjacent to Fort Lee Rd which is often backed up by traffic going to NY. The basement garage is a magnet for homeless people seeking shelter, smoking, etc. This coupled with no security cameras… it’s no wonder things go missing from people’s cars. With the possibility of relocating for work and only a month left on the lease, I called the landlord to see if a month-to-month arrangement could be made. The landlord instead offered another year long contract but with the option to break lease so long as I provided him with a 3 months notice. The time came and I provided him with a 3 months notice… told me it wasn’t on contract and tried taking me to court for “non-payment.”"
