Palisade Garden Apartments

"I have been trying to rent here since 2020-21because its closer to my family and stores as I don't drive. Each and every time I inquire about a listed available apartment, the current property manager Mr C, says that there are no apartments available and that I need to apply. I have applied several times when the fee was $50.00, now it says $100.00. I find this property manager to be rude, condescending and unprofessional. Every time I visit there, he looks like he just woke up. I feel like he denies me upon entry and only says to apply so that he can collect the application fee. I wish that they would bring back the previous Property Manager, she was respectful, courteous and professional on all levels. This guy practices too much favoritism... 1/31/2024 My response to you: When I inquired, apartments were available and you never reached out to me. Secondly, if you say today that there are none available, then why did you say yesterday to apply online again? I am done with trying to understand your explanation above to cover your back. "I have been living at Palisades Garden Apartments for almost 4 years. A transition in life that was a sudden change. I can’t say enough good things about it. It is a comfortable and very convenient complex to live at. It is clean, well maintained, and safe. Rick the property manager is always available and helpful. The biggest asset here is by far the head of maintenance Gabe and his staff. Any issues, repairs, or questions are always dealt with in a timely manner and resolved. Everything throughout the grounds of PGA are clean, and well kept. You can see the effort and hard work that goes into maintaining a large apartment complex. Thanks Rick, Gabe, and everyone who “does there job” to make PGA a comfortable place to call home."

"I have lived here since the beginning of 2023 and I LOVE it! Quiet building and neighborhood, very walkable area close to stores and great food options. I was lucky enough to receive a renovated apartment when I moved in. The space is beautiful and perfect for one person. Gabe and Rick are very quick to handle issues and easy to work with. I had one emergency issue with my sink plumbing which was fixed very quickly. Otherwise 0 problems with the unit. Highly recommended!"

"Gabe is a most excellent Super since day one of living here . Whenever I call , he responds immediately and is kind and professional. For example , when my bathroom exhaust fan was on continuously, he arranged for the electrician to fix it quickly The building is in top notch condition due to his constant attention. Grade A plus Super !"

"I have lived in several garden apts and Palisade Gardens has the most outstanding service . Gabe is always there when needed and really cares about doing a good job for me when there is an issue. He has come to my rescue several times. He cares about getting it right the first time and is very professional. The grounds are well maintained. Rick is helpful when I have any needs. He is prompt and can be counted on th give me correct information."
