"I've lived in this building now for 3 years and like everyone else has posted this is one of the worst management companies I've ever seen. Maintenance requests are never fulfilled and Jima from management has to be one of the rudest people I've encountered. Her answers to emails are arrogant and condescending. Everyone at the front desk is amazing however!!! You're better off looking at the other buildings in Fort Lee as you'll have nothing but problems if you live here. Just look at all of the other comments from the past year. 1/22/24 - Multiple tenants apartments still haven't had their water damage fixed. 12/28 Update - Key Fob still not working on 1 floor into the building - 10 days later. SMH 12/18 Update; Key fobs not working again on 2 floors from the parking garage. :( 10/10 Update - One of the elevators in the Lobby has been down now for 2 days. I've lost count how many times the elevators have broke this year alone. 9/27 UPDATE... Key Fobs are still not fixed! We're going on close to a month at this point! Again, just look at all of the "legit" review s from the past year. Not the ones with no comments and just 5 stars! Do your homework! 9/20 UPDATE... The key fobs in the parking garage are still not working after 3 weeks on all 3 floors. Imagine paying $3500 - $4000 + a month and not be able to get into you building from the parking garage.. These were also supposedly fixed earlier this year. 9/12 UPDATE.... The ceiling in the lobby has been leaking now for 2 days. there is a bucket in the lobby (right in front of the entrance) to collect the leaking water.... The Key Fabs in the garage, common area and gym have been not working for over a week now (this is now the second time the key fabs have been down after they were apparently "fixed" *** Summer recap.... NO air conditioning in the hallways on all floors and common area. AC is minimal in the gym... There's a giant (I'm talking 3ft to 4ft crack in the pool that's at least 4 inches deep)"

"Doorman and other staff are friendly,but the management department is terrible. When you meet problems they never try to solve just said everything about them are good and clear. And don’t want to explain base on your situation, only repeat useless information. I don't know where their arrogance comes from. Don’t waste your money on here. Hope they deserve the salary they received."

"NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! This rating should be a negative star!!!!!! SHAME ON THE PROPERTY MANAGER OF HUDSON LIGHTS!!!! Elevators are constantly not working, Key Fobs for building safety is a FAIL, SQUATTER living in a vacant unit in which the leasing office / property manager did not even send an email to tell residents to lock your doors….the squatter could have been a serial killer and residents don’t even get a safety warning? terrible communication from management - if u are lucky enough to have a conversation with her that u won’t even be taken into an office, just have an important conversation with her in the community leasing lobby! Property manager very unwilling for any assistance or help with any issues, maintenance takes forever….. the only value to living in this building is the location! But there are many developing cities in NJ u are better off finding a different one than Hudson Lights! You will for sure be very unhappy! This management office taken over October 2022 is the worst! They all need more training including the property manager who is never available!! Terrible record keeping, terrible communication, just not a place u want to be living, maybe if this was my office building I wouldn’t mind the neglect, but for where I live and pay top dollar rent - I wish I would have gone to The Modern!!!!!! Don’t waste ur time or Money on Hudson Lights! Oh and these are just a few issues….so many more but not enough time to list! Take my advice and move somewhere else- not renewing my lease and definitely not referring anyone here until management is changed! Terrible terrible living in Hudson Lights!"

"I had an issue with someone who doesn't even live here at the pool and I immediately sent an email to management on a Saturday. I received a response for the manager within 30 minutes but the person had already been removed from the pool. She contacted the building and had the situation taken care of. I see the bad reviews and honestly don't understand them. Mostly all of the complaints are about mechanical things that I don't think anyone can predict. If you can, I would love the numbers to the next Powerball drawing. Thank you to the management, maintenance and concierge teams, I think you doing a great job!"

"Brutal, absentee building management ... our pool remains closed while our neighbors at The Modern have enjoyed their amenities for two weeks now!!!! The concierge team at the front desk is very nice ... they only shrug when tenants complain ... Lincoln Property Management is simply trying to save money on chlorine and life guard salaries..."
