"Good price but very terrible experience. I have been living here for 6 months and I’m disappointed with almost everything related to their staffs’ services. First, the front desk. Most staffs are nice and helpful except certain ones who wouldn’t bother to look at me once while I ask for my package and try to be funny by pretending to ignore me. “Not my problem ” is all I get after kindly asking about my stolen uber delivery. (Yes, people steal your uber here) Second, the maintenance team. I prefer to wait for several weeks until I have multiple maintenance requirements to ask for service. Last month I accidentally typed “door&kitchen flash” and missed the word “lights” under bulb replacement services, so the staff came to me and said I “went nuts” to phrase like that to confuse him. Before he left, he told my boyfriend that he should learn how to repair like a “grown man”."

"Thankful for the quick help from William in maintenance, who answered my call to fix the tracking on the bathroom closet. He not only fixed that, but he quickly assessed the other sliding doors in the apartment and replaced another, noting that it was loose. Greatly appreciated his thoroughness, friendliness and professionalism."

One time the water in my bathroom wouldn't turn off, so I emailed the building and Martinez came to my room to help me fix the problem. I was happy that the building had such helpful staff and that Martinez made sure I could use it all the time. I'm happy to live here."
