"I will not stay here again. Very expensive to stay here and for that you get very little. They offered me an upgrade online, and then after I arrived, they told me none were available. They said in writing that the breakfast buffet each morning was $17.00 per person, but it wound up being $36.00 per person for scrambled eggs and bacon. After i questioned this, they developed "Selective amnesia." The only ammenity you will get here is a cookie. The room was small. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not stay here again."

"The location is ok, if you drive be mindful of the crazy traffic to and from NY. There’s also a $17 toll you’ll have to pay to cross over each time. The hotel itself was ok, the rooms need a deep cleaning though. The walls were pretty dirty especially in the bathroom. I had to clean some of the wall with a Lysol wipe because I couldn’t stomach whatever bodily fluids was appearing by the toilet and light switch. The beds were ok, kind of small and low to the ground. Not for tall people at all. We paid extra for a nice view but two of the windows faced a garage while the other did offer a nice view and sunsets. We heard a lot of sirens, there’s a firehouse around the corner from the hotel. Windows are not noise proof. I probably wouldn’t stay there again"

"The room was nice. It was clean. It had all the amenities I expected. The tv is slow to change channels, but that’s sort of normal for hotels. The hotel has basic room service, not much more than delivery. Next time I’ll order out. I had chopped salad with salmon. Not bad, but expensive I could have done better in this area. Main issue was the heater. This room had two rooms with hvac in both. The front room heat was only blowing cold air all night long. The bedroom was heating but I woke up in a sweat. I was too tired to complain and got out the spare blanket"

"I am a Diamond member and travel a lot… this is probably by far the worse hotel with respect to service. Starting with check in process receptionist was made me feel like I am not welcome at all… service or perks that usually comes being as per hotel policy are not available or given despite being asked… when come to room not enough towel booked a suite at least enough so my wife and I can use it when asked to get towels … it took them 1.5 hours to get me towels. Next day no toilet paper when asked recommended to come down and pick up. Service personnel knocking on the door and telling me at 9 am you better leave the room quick if you like to get the service done as he can guarantee service if we leave room late. Seriously???"
