"We just started renting this place, and so far the experience has been great. Hopefully it continues. On the day we toured this apartment, we have already been disappointed (and even disgusted) by another two apartment buildings around Grove St. And we didn’t have high expectations on this apartment as it’s so low profile comparing with the KRE’s apartments around the neighborhood. But we were actually very impressed by its quality. The apartment is real spacious — 1000 sqft really means 1000 sqft (you know what I mean if you’ve toured some other buildings around here). Kitchen has gas stove, and the range hood’s ventilation actually goes outside of the unit, not just circulating back! Only complaint we had is that there are lots of restaurants behind our side of the building and their kitchen smell is horrible — you can’t open you window, or you will get all the oily smell in your home. I saw a few reviews here complaining the management not being professional. I guess the property is managed by the owner himself and perhaps family members, so I try not to compare them with the Kushner company regarding the professionalism. So far they have been pretty helpful and friendly."

"I have lived here for 2 years. The building is always so well maintained and is very clean. I am a single parent so safety was a big priority for me. Its never been a worry since we rented here. I am writing a review today because i ran into one of the owners today and he stopped to ask about my family and was genuinely interested. He asked if i had any concerns about the facility as well. That is what u want in a building and its owners. I love Bay Grove Arms and will not be leaving for a long time."

"We lived in the building for 3 years and very much enjoyed it. The apartments are well equipped with large kitchen islands, in-unit washer/dryer, and spacious rooms. There are a small number of units in the building which is nice and created a sense of community. Well maintained and very convenient to public transportation, coffee shops, and nearby restaurants."

"I lived in this recently constructed building for a year and found it to be well maintained with attentive/responsive management. The unit was spacious (by NYC standards) and attractively finished. The location provides easy access to Manhattan via the Grove St. PATH train stop and is very family friendly. I would highly recommend living here. If there was an option for 6 stars...we'd give it."
