"I have been a resident in the Modern 100 since 2018. This is one of a kind building. Nothing like the Modern from the staff to the amenities and apartments. Barbara Sullivan is awesome! She always does everything she can to help and make you feel good . My experience here has been always amazing from the front desk, maintenance staff and the wonderful staff at the leasing office, they always help you with whatever you need . This is a huge building with a lot of tenants but the people who work here are always making everything they can to make you feel at home."

"My husband and I moved to The Modern from Hoboken this weekend and we are so happy we made the move. The buildings and views are so beautiful and the staff is fantastic. The leasing team has been so helpful and kind and the concierge team has made us feel right at home. We even had a delivery driver send our groceries to the wrong apartment and Anthony at the front desk went to every floor to track it down for us. We love The Modern!"
