"I’ve lived here for almost 4 years my first apartment I was so proud of . NOW I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE. Management never answers I’m currently being Ignored. There’s homeless people living in the building. Everyday I’m calling the police. I woke up this morning to a homeless women in front of my neighbors door. This place is not the place to live. But when rent is due they are hawking you down 20 minutes into the 1st of the month. I’m paying almost 3k for homeless people and unresponsive management . Let alone my packages are always going missing. I wish TAH properties still had this property. Merida living is horrible . Please don’t waste your money or time !"
"The experience here has gone massively downhill under new management, which took over late last year. Impossible to get in contact with an actual person at the management company. Maintenance requests, including emergency requests, go completely unacknowledged. I've never experienced management this unresponsive in many years of renting. There are also security issues that were never present under old management. Packages are frequently being stolen and non-residents have gained access to the building and sleep in the hallways. Management has been made aware of the issues and done nothing."
"I've been here for just over a year. Our first year was really great - super was very present and responsive to issues and the apartment itself feels like a good value. This second year of our lease has been a totally different story. The super left (or was let go?) and since then maintenance and property management has been impossible to reach. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft over a month ago and it took me a WEEK to get replacement apartment keys, and they still haven't bothered to recover my original set of keys, which has irreplacable keys on it. There is no way to directly reach a person when there's an emergency. Only saving grace is that our rent wasn't raised for the second year, though they did bump up the parking fees by 25%..."
"Management ignores maintenance requests including broken heating units and raccoons in the building."
