She intentionally omitted the following information (please see the full message thread to see what she disclosed): 1. Guarantor must be in-state and, 2. Applicant must be in their current job for a minimum duration of time Intentionally lied about applicant eligibility and encouraged us to apply. Both me (guarantor) and my sister (applicant) applied for a Jersey City apartment twice because of her omitted and misleading information . What's worse, Moxie lists a lower rent on all websites except their own. They add requirements after the applicant has spent their application fee. We request a refund of our application fees, $110.
