"Lack of management to address any maintenance issues and sketchy area with crack heads roaming nearby. Noisy neighbors at times, anything in the building lacks urgency to fix (garage door was broken for weeks, equipment in the gym doesn't work, air/cooling appliance is weak, water pressure is LOW) the list goes on. Wouldn't recommend for long term stay."
"There is no maintenance culture over here it seems. I just signed a years lease and I have 4 open service tickets none of which has been addressed. I have never experienced a worse quality of service in an apartment complex my entire life. I will update this review as more development comes to light regarding this."
"I'd highly recommend not moving into this building. Building management never fixes any issues. They are quick to email about non important factors such as dog poop or loud music but if you reach out to them about stolen packages, damaged vehicles due to garage leaks, keypad malfunctioning (no access to your apartment unit) or any matter that effects you directly- they ghost you. I've been a tenet here going 2 yrs and I've been ready to move since we had a fly infestation during the quarantine (that took way to long for them to address). I will be ending my lease early as I do not want to continue paying for rent for "luxury apartment" that feels like i'm in the Projects."
"Well something told me to see if any current tenants made reviews and it’s scary to find out that someone was roaming the halls attempting to break into apartments and management never sent a memo. I get random memo emails about things unnecessary but none regarding the safety concerns. I will say the apartment is spacious but the countertops stain very easily and I’m constantly wiping so that any little thing won’t be deducted from my security deposit upon moving. My walls are also bare due to the flat paint and cheap look in which I rather not damage and have to worry about repairs. My tablet on the wall still doesn’t work and I’ve inquired about it multiple times. I guess it’s just there for show at this point. I have been a victim of stolen packages more than once and have had to go through the hassle of fighting with the original merchant and shipping courier that confirms my item was delivered. I’ve also talked with other residents regarding stolen packages and in addition to reading the reviews I see that it’s a wide spread issue amongst all tenants. The courtyard is a big slab and I’ve been here over a year, unable to go outside and relax in the fresh air or work outside due to the pandemic Im working from home. A balcony would’ve been an added touch to all apartment units. Just sitting or standing outside the building really isn’t that safe due to the neighborhood. I have every intention on moving just to have an outside space to escape my apartment and a better sense of security. It was nice to move into a new building upon my relocation here but the plus was location to the path and apartment size for the area and price. I hope I can get through the next couple of months with no issues. Update: due to timing and the required 60 day notice to move, I’m staying in my unit unfortunately. I almost moved back to my home state but I’ll be more prepared upon this year lease expiration. I’m disappointed there’s been no memo to announce the new Superintendent of the building but there’s been 2-3 memos about smoking or taking care of pet waste. There’s no carpet to damage by smoking and every unit has windows. Not sure the big deal about smoking as some people have medical conditions and have taken a more holistic approach to their treatment and coping with their condition. I’ve never smelled any smoke that’s unbearable to be honest but it’s a nuisance getting a memo about such trivial matters when its other important matters that have or were not communicated."
"This apartment looks beautiful at a glance but when you look close, it’s actually falling apart. My all of my windows leak every time it rains. My two of my neighbors had mold issues because management refuses to fix the leaking windows. All of my walls have water stains because the building was poorly put together. The countertops are cheap and absorb everything. The walls are thin and painted with flat paint so they stain easily. The elevators are always covered in dog urine. The front door/monitor is always broken so you definitely don’t feel safe. Someone is constantly breaking in and stealing packages from the package room. I’ve been here for 18months and the patio furniture/deck is still empty. The dog park is never clean. I’ve literally never seen them sanitize it one time while I’ve lived here. You literally have to withhold your rent to get anything fixed or even a response from management. This is literally the worst place I’ve ever lived."
