"We relocated to 300 Ashland nearly two months ago, and the experience has exceeded our expectations. The staff at 300 Ashland are not just friendly but incredibly helpful. The entire leasing process went super smoothly—I don't think we had encountered any obstacles. What stands out the most to me is the sense of community in 300 Ashland. I am an introvert myself, but my interactions with fellow residence that I met whether in the elevator, the gym (clean and impressively well-equipped), or the hallway, have consistently been warm and polite. Holding doors, asking how you are doing, and even offering advice at the gym—these experiences create a genuine feeling of belonging to a close-knit community. Also, I absolutely love the sunset views from our windows. They are nothing short of spectacular and have become a daily delight for us."

"Two Trees, the developer of this project opposes the street safety redesign on this block. The 2-way protected bike lane on Ashland Place was overwhelmingly approved by the community board, and Two Trees lobbied the mayor's office at the end of construction to change the design on this block to eliminate the bike lane, making the design more dangerous for people biking."

"I've lived here @ 300 Ashland since just a few months after her opening in the early Fall of 2016. Not only is the building stellar, -- the gym is the best I've seen in a rental high-rise -- but the way the ship is run is absolutely top notch. Whenever I've had need, the building's property manager, Tara Dexter, has reached beyond the perfunctary to really make me feel respected and protected. I'm certain her engaged and professional tone sets the example for an exemplary overall experience for tenants. I'd describe the building as pristine and well-appointed, the staff as diligently supportive and the management (Love Tara) as the kind of management that does the right thing. It makes for my overall feeling of 300 Ashland as my "Oasis in the Sky above Brooklyn"."
