Riverside at Newport

"That front desk woman called Virginia is absolutely a terrible and selfish person. There are so many residents complaining and wanting to report her (or already reported her). She almost ruined this building’s reputation and really makes the whole Newport rental look bad by having such a person having nasty attitude and selfish act. Everyone is avoiding her to pick up packages because she is just so terrible to interact with. No one likes her and why the Newport management team still lets such a person work here? She makes everything difficult for all the residents. Please do something. If you have a vote in this building she be out in no time. PS. everyone else is angel - yea I’m talking about Judy and Randolph blessed lovely beings."

"Worst apartment I have ever lived. Doorman is rude and not respect to resident. Managment office don‘t do anything. Facility is old and there are cockroach inside"

"I have lived at Riverside for almost 2.5 years now and will be moving next month. Overall I love the convenience and cleanliness of the community outside. Virginia and all other doorman are friendly and always answer any questions I have. Pro and the maintenance crew are also helpful and very friendly. As far as the unit itself it is not as updated as other properties and summertime we often see roaches in the halls as well as in our apartment although we keep it very clean and call extermination. There is often work going on in the building and so we frequently have people entering the apartment which can be annoying. Especially when working from home. The building amenities are not the best for young adults and there is no gym."

"The doorman Virginia is terrible, she is rude and unprofessional keep refusing the package with leasehold’s name on!!! The worst person I have ver met!!! When you sign the lease they didn’t tell you anything but when you live here, the Tiffany will tell you if you are on business and cannot pick up your package within three days they will send your package back, and they will wake you up in the morning when you are sleeping to tell you that you need to cut your box from the deliver package otherwise they will fine you 300. There is no rules like this when you move in."

"Not sure why, but this building (55 river drive S) is infested with roaches and rodents, not sure if is only this building, no matter how much I clean and keep everything flawless(me and my gf focus specially on this), even after the exterminator came, those things keep showing, specially at the trash room. On my 1st month here I catch a mouse at my apartment, and even when no food/trash is exposed, I keep finding at least one roach per month(even after extermination) Neighbors are part of the problem, they cannot even fold cardboard or put things in the proper bin (recycle and others...), people, no matter where you come from, please strive to be better, this is not the dirty hole you came from...."
